Mark estimates and missing inputs, and give each item an effective date. Attach the qualified calculation method, assumptions, result, considered options and reviewer. When equipment or project sequence changes, create a new revision rather than editing the earlier output. The register supports consistent proposals while preventing historical consumption, nameplate addition, spare panel spaces or a web estimate from becoming an unsupported declaration of available capacity.
